What is Ellvero Network?A trusted company-to-company network for finding, evaluating, and progressing partnership opportunities.+

The purpose

Ellvero Network helps companies publish structured partnership opportunities, discover relevant opportunities from other organisations, express private interest, and move qualified conversations into a controlled introduction.

The principle

Discovery information can be visible to eligible users, while private company evidence, responses, and contact details remain controlled. Contact information is released only through the introduction process and only for approved fields.

The journey

  • Create or join a company workspace.
  • Complete and submit the company profile for review.
  • Find an opportunity or create one for your company.
  • Send or evaluate an expression of interest.
  • Accept a qualified match and begin an introduction.
Getting startedThe shortest route from registration to using the partnership workflow.+

1. Verify your account

After registration, open the verification message sent to your work email and verify your address before signing in.

2. Create or join a company

A new registrant can create a company and becomes its owner. An invited person accepts the invitation and joins the inviting company with the assigned role.

3. Prepare the company

Save the company profile as a draft in stages. Before the company can participate fully, submit the required profile information and verification evidence for review.

4. Use the network

Once eligible, use Find opportunities to discover partnerships, Post opportunity to publish a need, and Interest inbox to manage private responses.

Company & team

Company profile and verificationHow the shared company identity, review process, and private evidence work.+

Company identity

The company profile represents the organisation—not one individual. It contains the public identity, company summary, industry, size, capabilities, operating countries, languages, and a private review contact.

Draft saving

You can save an incomplete draft and return later. Choosing Save and submit for review first saves the current form, then highlights any fields still required for review.

Review states

  • Draft: editable and not yet submitted.
  • Submitted or under review: locked while Ellvero reviews it.
  • Changes requested: editable again with reviewer guidance.
  • Approved: eligible for the relevant network workflows.
  • Rejected, suspended, or deactivated: participation is restricted.

Verification documents

Evidence supports trust review and remains private. Upload only authorised company documents. A file must pass its safety checks before it can support a review or be attached to an interest response.

Users, memberships, and rolesUnderstand the difference between a personal account and authority inside a company.+

User account

Your account identifies you as a person. It owns your sign-in credentials, email verification, preferences, and active sessions. A single user can belong to more than one company and switch the active company workspace.

Company membership

A membership connects a user to a company. Permissions come from the membership role in the active company, so the same person can have different responsibilities in different companies.

Roles

  • Owner: controls the company workspace, membership governance, and ownership transfer.
  • Admin: manages the company profile and team within the authority granted to administrators.
  • Opportunity manager: manages opportunities assigned to them and evaluates their received interests.
  • Member: participates in the company workspace without administrative authority.

Invitations

Owners and authorised administrators invite colleagues by email and choose a role. The recipient follows the invitation link, signs in or registers, and accepts the membership. Do not share invitation links with anyone else.

Manage team members
Working with more than one companySwitch the organisation you currently represent without creating another account.+

Active company

Every company action is performed for the active company shown in your workspace. Opportunities, interests, introductions, notifications, and permissions are all scoped to that company.

Before acting

If you belong to multiple organisations, confirm the active company before creating an opportunity or responding to one. Switching does not move or copy records between companies.

Opportunities

Find opportunitiesDiscover published partnership briefs and decide whether your company is a fit.+

Discovery

Find opportunities shows briefs that are available for discovery. Review the objective, ideal partner profile, capabilities, markets, commercial outline, deadline, and screening questions before responding.

Visibility

A public-discovery opportunity can appear in the discovery experience. A members-only opportunity requires an eligible signed-in user. Private moderation notes are never shown in discovery.

Before expressing interest

  • Confirm your active company is the company that will respond.
  • Check that the company is eligible and its profile is approved.
  • Prepare specific experience, an approach, a timeline, and answers to screening questions.
  • Choose exactly which contact fields may be released if an introduction is later accepted.
Find opportunities
Create and manage an opportunityTurn a partnership need into a clear, reviewable brief.+

Create the brief

Provide a clear title, summary, full description, opportunity type, ideal partner profile, commercial model, response deadline, required capabilities, optional markets, and screening questions. Assign an eligible manager who will own the workflow.

Commercial information

Currency and budget fields provide useful context but can remain undisclosed when appropriate. Mark a budget negotiable when the final structure will depend on the selected partner.

Lifecycle

  • Draft: editable inside the company.
  • Submitted or under review: awaiting moderation.
  • Changes requested: update the brief using reviewer feedback.
  • Published: available to the selected audience and accepting responses.
  • Paused: temporarily hidden from discovery; new responses are blocked while existing responses and introductions are preserved.
  • Resume: returns a paused opportunity to discovery when its response deadline has not passed.
  • Closed: permanently stops new responses but stays in My opportunities under Closed & history.
  • Expired or archived: no longer active for discovery or response.

Pause or close

Open My opportunities, choose Manage, then use the Opportunity status controls. Pausing and closing require a reason and are recorded for accountability. Affected applicants receive a notification. Closing does not remove accepted introductions or their shared progress records.

Good opportunity writing

Describe the business outcome and partner fit—not only your product. Use screening questions that help compare qualified responses and avoid asking applicants to disclose sensitive contact data in free-text fields.

Interests & introductions

Interest inboxThe private workspace for responses your company sends and receives.+

Sent interests

Sent items are your company’s responses to other companies’ opportunities. A response contains the cover note, relevant experience, proposed approach, timeline, screening answers, optional supporting evidence, and contact-disclosure consent.

Received interests

Received items are private responses to opportunities owned by your company. Owners, administrators, and the assigned opportunity manager can evaluate them according to their permissions.

Evaluation actions

  • Mark as viewed to record that evaluation has begun.
  • Request information when clarification is needed; the applicant can respond in the same private record.
  • Shortlist a response that meets the initial criteria.
  • Decline with a clear reason when it will not progress.
  • Applicants may withdraw an eligible response before the workflow is completed.

Privacy

An expression of interest does not immediately reveal private contact values. It records consent for possible later disclosure. The actual values become available only through an accepted introduction.

Open interest inbox
Introductions and contact disclosureHow a shortlisted response becomes a controlled company-to-company connection.+

Acceptance

After an interest is shortlisted, an authorised opportunity-side user may accept an introduction. Both sides must include work email in the approved disclosure fields.

Controlled release

The introduction stores a snapshot of the contact fields each company approved—name, job title, work email, and phone where selected. Fields that were not approved remain hidden.

After introduction

The two companies can use the released business contact information to continue the conversation. Ellvero records the introduction and its progress without replacing the companies’ commercial decision-making.

Outcome stages

  • Discussion started
  • Partner selected
  • Collaboration active
  • No progress
  • Closed

Confirmation and disputes

Material outcome updates may require confirmation by the other company. If the counterpart disagrees, it can dispute the update so it is not treated as confirmed progress.
